ZAcycle Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ZAcycle, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by including free standard shipping on all orders. The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden fees.


Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Free on all most orders.
  • Prioritizes safe delivery with minimal risk of customs fees or import duties.
  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 4 weeks.
  • Tracking number provided once your order is shipped.
  • Important: While most orders arrive duty-free, any customs fees incurred are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Express Shipping (Fastest Delivery)

  • Fastest option with a surcharge based on product type and destination country.
  • A higher likelihood of import taxes or duties, usually around 10% of the order value (varies by country).
  • Tracking number provided once your order is shipped.

Damaged Packages & Insurance

We only use trusted couriers to reduce the risk of shipping damage. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, you’re covered by our insurance.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged:

  1. Before signing for the package, inspect it. If you notice damage, sign for it as "DAMAGED".
  2. If the contents inside are clearly damaged, you have the right to refuse the package.
  3. Take clear photos of the damage and email them to inquire@zacycle.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Yes, all orders come with tracking!

  • We will send you a tracking number within 1-2 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Some tracking numbers may not update until the package reaches your destination country, but rest assured—your package is on its way.
