ZACycle Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
- Cooling-off Period: If you change your mind within 3 days of receiving your order, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the items are returned in their original, unopened condition.
- Faulty or Damaged Products: Please ensure that you open the package infront of the delivery person and inspect your package for any visible signs of damage. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, refuse to receive the product from the shipper. Ensure you have documented evidence of the damage. 2. Return Process
- Return Shipping: We will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by ZACycle if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Communication: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. Exclusions
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are not be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
